The heat broke last night and we woke up to fog. I really don't mind a cooler, cloudy day so I was quite happy with the weather.

We've been going to daily Mass during Lent and stopped for breakfast at the Seahorse Restaurant. Bob has wanted to go there for several years but lines tend to form, so this was really our first opportunity to have a meal there. Eggs, sausage, home fries, toast. Yes, sausage. We actually forgot this is a Friday in Lent and had meat. So much for Lenten discipline!

It's a good place to eat, somewhat reminiscent of older establishments on Cape Cod.

We spent a half hour or so at Land's End, watching people fish and give up because of winds and swirling surf.
